Welcome from the Dean/Executive Director
Welcome to the Rochester Educational Opportunity Center (REOC). Over the past forty years, REOC has been in the center of the Greater Rochester Area, supporting economic growth and development through the community-based academic and workforce development programs we offer. Our graduates enhance the community through gaining employment in the fields of health care, business technology and in occupational trades. Some of our graduates have become entrepreneurs, while others have enrolled in area colleges to pursue degrees in their fields of interest.
We are optimistic and look forward to the future. Our outlook is measured through our continued and increased collaborations and articulations within the community as well as through the construction and completion of our new location at 161 Chestnut Street.
Together we can continue to collaboratively support the mission of the REOC: to deliver comprehensive, community-based academic and workforce development programs and provide support services leading to enhanced employment opportunities, access to further education, personal growth and development. We will continue to explore new innovative ideas and strategies that will allow the REOC to respond to the current and emerging community needs.
