Q: What are your entrance requirements?
 
A: Must be 17 years or older and a resident of New York State.

Q: How much is tuition?  
A: All programs are tuition-free*.

Q: Are you an accredited school? 
A: No, upon successful completion of a program, graduates receive a certificate endorsed by the REOC and its sponsor, The College at Brockport. 

Q: What programs do you offer? 
A: For a complete listing of program start and end dates/times, refer to the REOC Program Offering sheet.

Q: Why do I have to take the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE)? 
A: TABE is given to all applicants to ensure that program reading and/or math requirements are met, and to ensure program completion and success. 

Q: Do you help me find employment? 
A: Yes, the Career Services Department assists in the employment search.  In addition to offering workshops on resume writing, interview skills and job search techniques the staff performs a skills assessment to match you with suitable job openings.
