The BRIDGE Program is an extension of services offered by the Rochester Educational Opportunity Center.The BRIDGE program focuses on case management, job training and job placement exclusively to parents. The goal of the BRIDGE Program is to help parents whether you are a custodial or non-custodial parent attain the skills necessary to gain employment or upgrade skills

Requirements:
Any Public Assistance recipient(s) who would like to participate in BRIDGE workforce development training must receive permission from DHS.
REOC Services:
The BRIDGE workforce development training offers basic computer training; cover letter and resume development assistance; organized computer job searches; job placement assistance; employment-related community resource linkages; clothing referrals; job fair notifications; DHS advocacy; job interview preparations; job coaching; and post-employment services.
Eligibility Criteria:
All program participants must have a minor child in the household or be a non-custodial parent and/or a relative caring for a minor child.
